FALCON TEST ENGINEERS REPORT No:

ASSEMBLY & CONFIGURATION OF PACKAGING:

Insert 4 x 125 mL glass jars into the liner bag in between 1^st layer of fibreboard stabilising cross ‘X’ insert and place 1 x flat fibreboard stabilising insert over the jars. Insert 2^nd layer of fibreboard stabilising cross ‘X’ insert and 2 x 125 mL glass jars as shown and place 1 x flat stabilising fibreboard insert over the jars. Insert 3^rd layer of fibreboard stabilising cross ‘X’ insert and 2 x 125 mL glass jars as shown and place 1 x flat fibreboard stabilising insert over the jars. Fold liner bag over and close and seal the box using 48 mm pressure sensitive self adhesive tape in the same manner that the base of the box has been sealed. Add the required amount of absorbent material if specified. Label the box as required.
