Assembly & configuration of packaging

Place articles inside the liner bag within the drum. Seal plastic bag with a "goose-neck tie". (Twist slack of bag tightly, fold over so that it forms a neck, and secure with elastic bands). Tuck neck into drum. Place the closure disc in its place and secure with the locking ring and plastic security tab. Affix one UN marking label on the side of the drum.
