Assembly & configuration of packaging

Fill the inner packaging with substance, place the closure and tightly close using the spanner. Apply self
adhesive tape around the closure as a secondary means of security. Place the inner packaging into the outer
fibreboard box. Ensure that it is in a stable upright position and that it is seated firmly on the bottom ‘X’ insert.
Place the top ‘X’ insert over the inner packaging. Seal plastic bag with a "goose-neck tie". Twist slack of bag
tightly, fold over so that it forms a neck, and secure with elastic bands. Tuck neck into box. Close and seal the box with 48 mm pressure sensitive self adhesive tape in the same manner that the base of the box has been sealed. Add the required amount of absorbent material if specified. Label the box as required.
