 CONFIGURATION OF PACKAGING:
Four absorbent pads and the re-sealable plastic bag are placed inside the ‘Hazpak’ 2 L HDPE jar. The 2 L HDPE jar is inserted into the EPS insulating box and closed. Close and seal the fibreboard box with 48 mm pressure sensitive self adhesive tape in the same manner that the base of the box has been sealed. Label the box as required.

If using dry ice, the box should be pierced to allow for venting.

(Make sure that the labels or any other markings are not obliterated or obscured in any way).

ASSEMBLY OF PACKAGING:
Assemble corrugated fibreboard outer box and secure bottom flaps using self-adhesive tape. Place the EPS insulating box into the fibreboard outer box, and remove the lid of the EPS insulating box. Insert the EPS stabilising insert and affix 4 x wedge EPS stabilising inserts to the centre of the edge along each side of the EPS stabilising insert (make sure that the wedge EPS stabilising inserts are facing towards the centre of the EPS stabilising insert). Insert 4 x absorbent pads and the re-sealable plastic bag are placed inside the ‘Hazpak’ 2 L HDPE jar. Position the 2 L HDPE jar into a corner and close insulating box. Place the required labels on top of the EPS insulating box. Close and seal the top flaps of the fibreboard box with self-adhesive tape.
